Many years ago, Salem adopted a 2-mile stretch of Rt. 117
between Palmyra and Campbelltown. This piece of road has several residential homes, a small airport, and farm fields to
name a few. Salem usually holds a pick up day a couple times a year. It normally takes only a couple hours to cover the
2-mile stretch.
